Overview
Serve as a subject matter expert on UTStarcom products, technologies, and applications. 

Design and develop technical product training courses for customers and employees. 

Responsible for transferring expertise to other trainers and engineers.  

Work with Subject Matter Experts in Engineering, Service, and R&D to research, learn, and develop expertise on products and technologies.

Design and develop student materials, lab guides, and tests on UTStarcom product and technologies.

Deliver training to customers on UTStarcom product and technologies.

Provide input to training manager on curriculum and training projects.

Train internal staff on product functions, process, and new releases.

Construct and troubleshoot a data network and telecommunications network from base components for classroom/lab use.

Needs to be technically experienced with telecommunications and networking expertise.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and platform skills to deliver training to an international audience.

• 5-7 years training delivery and customer education experience
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Technical training course development experience
• Moderate to heavy travel
• Ability to multi-task
• Solid technology background with experience in telecommunications and networking
• UNIX expertise preferred as well as knowledge of intermediate devices (layer 2 and layer 3 switches and routers).
• Engineering Graduate

• Experience and knowledge of Oracle, RF, datacom and telecom cabling expertise, and telco switching
